Hi, my name is Julie McDougall and I am the Licensee/Owner of Bay Vista Settlements.  I offer a mobile settlement agent service which means that I will come to you inside or outside business hours.  This is advantageous to most people as work and family commitments can sometimes make it difficult to find time to go to meet with your settlement agent at their office during business hours to sign the various documents that are involved in the settlement process.  When we first meet I will explain the steps involved in the settlement process and explain what documents you are signing.  This is a good opportunity for me to answer any questions you may have in relation to any aspect of the settlement process.  Most paperwork can be signed to ensure that there are no delays through the mail.

Even if you live or work too far away to make a physical visit practical, being contactable outside of normal business hours means you will still get the same help and guidance at a time that suits you.  I have clients that work fly in fly out, 12hr shifts, are away for weeks at a time or live overseas, I will always find a way to get things done.
