Tip. Before entering into a Contract of Sale to sell or buyer property speak to your Settlement Agent as they may have suggestions as to what special conditions should be added to the Contract. Sometimes unrealistic time frames for receiving finance approval and settling thereafter may be unknowingly written on the Contract. If you are worried about this or any aspect of the Contract, speak with your Settlement Agent (before signing) as they will be able to give you realistic time frames for special conditions, finance approval and settlement dates to be met on time.
