​Julie started Bay Vista Settlements in 2009 providing personalised settlement services to the Rockingham and surrounding areas, and has been in the legal / settlement industry for over 20 years
As a local family owned company Julie manages all aspects of your settlement from start to finish.

As well as our full office service we can also offer a mobile service which means that we can come to you inside or outside of normal business hours.  This is advantageous to a lot of people as work and family commitments can sometimes make it difficult to find time to meet with your settlement agent at their office during business hours to sign the various documents that are involved in the settlement process.

Buying or selling a property is one of the largest transactions most people do in their lives and can be a stressful time with everything that needs to be done; our aim is to make the settlement process as smooth as possible by ensuring everyone understands what is going to take place during the settlement process and how we are going to make it happen for you.
