Meet Julie.
With over two decades of experience in settlements and legal support, Julie combines industry expertise with a genuine care for her clients. She founded Bay Vista Settlements in 2009 to bring a more personal, transparent, and community-focused approach to the settlement process.
As the licensed agent, Julie oversees every transaction, ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and peace of mind from start to finish. Her local knowledge and approachable nature have made Bay Vista a go-to choice for buyers and sellers across Perth’s southern suburbs. Julie takes pride in simplifying complex property processes, explaining each step in plain language so her clients feel confident and supported throughout their settlement journey.
Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with family and friends, catching live AFL games, and unwinding by taking her dog for beach walks.
Meet Kim.
Kim brings extensive legal and conveyancing experience to the Bay Vista team. After completing a Diploma in Paralegal Studies at Sydney Business College, she began her career in Sydney law firms before expanding her experience abroad in London and across regional Australia.
Now based in Perth, Kim has spent nearly a decade specialising in property settlements, drawing on her background in contract and commercial law to deliver smooth, stress-free outcomes for clients.
Outside of work, Kim and her family are long-time members of the Secret Harbour Surf Club, and she loves being active in her local community — coaching and supporting her children’s sports teams and volunteering where she can.
